Shipping
In order to offer a fast, secure service, all deliveries are made by FEDEX, DHL, UPS and POSTE ITALIANE, which offers the possibility of tracking the individual deliveries during each stage of transit. We use the following couriers: FEDEX – DHL – POSTE ITALIANE. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for all orders. The delivery time is meant from the moment of the pickup.
Before accepting the product the customer must check that the package is closed, intact, not damaged or wet. If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you write a note at the time of signature specifying that you are accepting a damaged package.
The Arcadia Company is responsible no more once the package has been delivered.
Returns & Refunds
The return service is totally free within 14 days from the date of delivery for USA, CA, EU (Switzerland not included). No free returns on items on sale outside the EU. For all the other countries the return shipping fee will cost 70 €\USD for handbags, 50 €\USD for wallets and it will be withheld from the customer’s refund.
Returns on exchanged products are not free. The customer will pay for shipping and duty to send the product back. Arcadia is not responsible for duty on arrival of the goods, any extra cost will be charged on the refund.
Refunds are meant for the price of the products only, shipping cost paid when the order was placed won’t be refunded.
Before proceeding with the return, the customer has to send an email to [email protected] and the Arcadia company will send the necessary documents to return the product. The product must have all the tags intact and still attached or the return won’t be processed. After receiving the return and verifying the correctness of the operations, the company shall send the customer an e-mail to the registered e-mail address as acceptance confirmation. If the order has been paid by credit card, the refund time depends on the operator. If instead, the order has been paid by a PayPal account, the refund will be executed directly to the PayPal account used for the payment, simultaneously to the crediting transaction.

We use real leather of the highest quality sustainably sourced exclusively in Italy from tanneries certified by the European Leather Working Group complying with the highest EU regulations and standards. We avoid waste at every step and we never destroy, burn or throw away any raw materials or finished goods and at our factory, any unused or leftover materials are recycled.
Skilful artisans make all our handbags and leather goods by hand, using local techniques and traditions in a family-owned factory in the center of Italy. We have a network of partners who we know very well and trust, sharing their way of working and business ethics which stand for fair conditions and safe work environments for all the employees. Our packaging is made of partially recycled paper, thus fully recyclable.
