Shipping
In order to offer a fast and secure service, all orders are shipped by FEDEX, DHL, UPS, GLS or POSTE ITALIANE and provided with tracking number. Before accepting the product the customer must check that the package is sealed, intact, not damaged or wet. If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you write a note at the time of signature specifying that you are accepting a damaged package.
The Arcadia Company is responsible no more once the package has been delivered.
Returns & Refunds
The return service is totally free within 14 days from delivery for USA, CA, EU, UAE, AU on full price products . No free returns for items on sale (with 20% off or greater discount) outside the EU. For all the other countries the return shipping, duty and local taxes are customer’s responsibility and it could vary from country to country. Returns for exchanges are always free, on sale items included. One exchange is allowed only.
Refunds are meant for the price of the products only, original shipping costs are not refundable. The customer can request the RMA to [email protected]

Sustainability
We use real leather of the highest quality sustainably sourced exclusively in Italy from tanneries certified by the European Leather Working Group complying with the highest EU regulations and standards. We avoid waste at every step and we never destroy, burn or throw away any raw materials or finished goods and at our factory, any unused or leftover materials are recycled.
Skilful artisans make all our handbags and leather goods by hand, using local techniques and traditions in a family-owned factory in the center of Italy. We have a network of partners who we know very well and trust, sharing their way of working and business ethics which stand for fair conditions and safe work environments for all the employees. Our packaging is made of partially recycled paper, thus fully recyclable.
